Five ink. Zero inkwell courtesy. One Super Rare song that politely asks the entire table to throw their hands away and redraw seven. A Whole New World is not a character, not an item, and not a shy Common — it is Steel’s loudest melody in The First Chapter, and according to the set’s own scarcity map, the only Super Rare song in the 204.

Koni’s art sells the shimmer; the rules text sells the panic. A character with cost 5 or more can exert to sing it free, which means the invoice can arrive without spending ink if your board is tall enough. Each player discards, each player draws seven. Fairness, as science defines it: mutual chaos.

Flavor text keeps it brief: “Shining, shimmering, splendid…” The archive keeps it honest: pack product, English retail, collector number 195/204. No Expo stamp. No Gen Con logo. Just the song that made opening a Steel chase feel like a carpet ride.

Retail The First Chapter English product — not a convention stamp card:

• Available in The First Chapter packs / sealed product after August 18, 2023 (LGS / organized launch), with broader retail following September 1, 2023
• Rarity within the 204-card English main set: Super Rare (195/204)
• Non-foil and cold foil finishes exist for main-set cards; foil alone does not equal Enchanted or Expo
• Provenance is pack history, carefully kept
